1. Who we are
This website, alphavectorai.com (the "Site"), is operated by Alpha Vector LLC, doing business as Alpha Vector AI ("Alpha Vector," "we," "us"). You can reach us at hello@alphavectorai.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. What the Site is
The Site provides information about our professional services — AI agent governance audits, production deployment engineering, and related advisory work — together with published writing and a free self-assessment tool (the Autonomy Authority Scorecard). The Site does not process payments and does not create client accounts.
4. Services are contracted separately
Descriptions of engagements on this Site (including prices, timelines, and deliverables) are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. All professional services are provided under a separately executed written agreement (statement of work or services agreement) that governs scope, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability. In the event of any conflict between this Site and an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.
5. The Scorecard and other informational content
The Scorecard, essays, diagrams, and other content on this Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not security, legal, compliance, or professional advice, and no consultant–client relationship is created by using the Site. Scorecard results are computed entirely in your browser from your own self-reported answers; we do not receive, verify, or warrant them. You should not make security or governance decisions based solely on Site content.
6. Cited statistics and third-party sources
Statistics published on this Site are attributed to their named third-party sources (industry surveys and research reports). We select sources in good faith and correct published claims that are later shown to be wrong, but we do not control and cannot warrant third-party research. Attribution does not imply endorsement of Alpha Vector by any cited organization.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, illustrations, code, and the Alpha Vector and GOVERNOR names and marks — are owned by Alpha Vector LLC or used with permission. You may view, download, and print Site content for your internal, non-commercial evaluation. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it for spam or resale, misrepresenting your affiliation with us, or using the Site's content to imply an endorsement or engagement that does not exist.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Vector LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability arising under an executed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this section.
11. Changes
We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be visible on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Alpha Vector LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute arising from the Site lies in the courts of that state.
