Effective date: July 9, 2026. Short version: this site collects as close to nothing as a website can.
1. Who we are
alphavectorai.com is operated by Alpha Vector LLC, doing business as Alpha Vector AI ("we," "us"). Contact: hello@alphavectorai.com.
2. What this site does not do
- No cookies. The site sets none — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for anything.
- No analytics or trackers. No third-party scripts, pixels, fonts, or embeds load on any page. Every asset is served from this site.
- No accounts, no forms. The site has no login, no signup, and no form that transmits data to us.
- No advertising, no data sale. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone, for any purpose. We have none to sell.
3. The Authority Scorecard
The Scorecard runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript served from this site. Your answers and your score are computed locally and are never transmitted to us or to any third party. Nothing is stored after you close the page. If you choose to email us your results, that happens through your own email client, under your control, and is treated as email correspondence (below).
4. What we do receive
- Email you send us. If you write to hello@alphavectorai.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to respond, to scope potential work, and to maintain our correspondence records. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit request.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations, as essentially all web hosts do. We use such logs only for security and troubleshooting and retain them no longer than operationally necessary.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: we process email correspondence on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry) or steps preliminary to a contract; server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in site security.
6. Retention
Business correspondence is retained as long as needed for the relationship and legal record-keeping. You may ask us to delete correspondence at any time, and we will unless a legal obligation requires retention.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Since the only personal information we plausibly hold is email you sent us, exercising these rights is usually as simple as asking: hello@alphavectorai.com.
8. Children
This site addresses businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If our practices change — for example, if a live governance feed or a booking tool is added — this policy will be updated before the change takes effect, with the effective date revised above.
